Larger orgs / Infrastructure tier: network audit, hardware install, device provisioning, and migration work are quoted in addition. Typical range $1,500–$8,000 for Infrastructure-tier full installation.
Rooted Access is free — limited platform access, sample workflows, and the feedback portal. Paid plans (Core/Growth/Infrastructure) start at $79/month and include the full operational dashboard, workflows, and reporting.
For Rooted Access (free): you complete a short intake form and receive community updates plus an invitation to book a founding call. For paid plans: subscription begins, we schedule the onboarding call, and the setup fee is invoiced. Launch typically happens within 2 weeks.
Paid plans (Core, Growth, Infrastructure) all include a required onboarding call as part of the one-time setup fee. Rooted Access does not require a setup call — you can self-serve or book one when you're ready to upgrade.
Yes. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled from your account or by emailing dante@oliveroottech.com. No cancellation fees, no penalty. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
No. Managed IT (Wi-Fi, devices, cybersecurity basics, productivity-suite administration, backups, remote support) is part of Rooted Infrastructure only. You can also buy managed IT as a standalone service — see /managed-it.
Yes — under Rooted Infrastructure or as a standalone Managed IT engagement. Enterprise-class gateways, access points, switches, guest networks, and on-prem cameras. Installation and hardware are quoted separately from the monthly software subscription.
Standard workflows are included in each paid plan. Custom workflows (your specific forms, integrations, dashboards, automations) are quoted separately under Custom Systems. Growth tier includes priority feature requests, which means we'll consider your request for the public roadmap.
Both. Rooted OS has two live verticals: Rooted Care (childcare operations — live now at our founding center) and Harvest (church operations — in founding pilot). Subscription plans work the same regardless of vertical; the workflows configure to your organization type during onboarding.
